Video campaign for 100th anniversary De Bresser

A 100th anniversary isn't nothing. De Bresser thought so too. They wanted to celebrate it in a special way. Together with our creative team they put their heads together to realize this wish.

The result: a video campaign that brings to life the years of development of the company and, as icing on the cake, the first prize for 'Best Online Commercial 2023'. An annual election campaign organized and awarded by Omroep Brabant. Curious?

Picturing a century of De Bresser

In order to clearly define who De Bresser is and what developments the company has gone through, we started with a joint brand strategy session. An intensive internal brainstorming session of our project team followed. Out of this came three potential storylines for the video. All three were presented to De Bresser, so that afterwards there was something to choose and shuffle.

Then, with a razor-tight schedule, we worked our way from a concept to full-fledged commercial in one month, but one that doesn't feel like it. And considering we had to go back in time for some scenes, there was some ingenuity involved.

The campaign package

The anniversary video was the focal point of the entire campaign. Around it, the following online and offline resources were deployed so that the story came to the attention of as many people and relevant parties as possible:

  • Social media activation on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Display campaign through Omroep Brabant (resulting in the win for 'Best Online Commercial 2023').
  • Press release to local media and relevant industry platforms.
  • Newsletter to De Bresser's own customer base.
  • Dynamic banner displayed at Willem II during a match for which De Bresser was main sponsor.
  • And a landing page for its own website.
