Our longest-running client is one that we are incredibly proud of. The reason? Sustainability, both in their operations and in their collaboration with our marketers. Therefore, in this case, a special look back at Tarkett x FindFactory since 2012.

Back in time for a moment...

... when FindFactory was in its infancy and Tarkett was still called DESSO. For more than 140 years, they have not only provided high-quality flooring, but also focused on sustainability, innovation, people and nature.

Our partnership once began with the need to be found better within search engines. Since then, we do much more than that. We challenge each other daily with new goals and assignments. Below you can read how we have done this in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

CONTENT THAT INSPIRES, INFORMS AND GENERATES WEBSITE VISITORS

A high-scoring website is nowhere without strong content. A one-two punch between team SEO and Content was therefore inevitable. For Tarkett, among other things, we are (re)writing blog articles and press releases. The result so far? Smooth and SEO-proof texts that excite, are relevant and above all inspire. All in a tone-of-voice that suits every target group Tarkett serves.

By creating a clear content strategy, the online findability of the website and products has increased. An ongoing process in which we will continue to support Tarkett in the future.

SUCCESSFUL RETARGETING CAMPAIGNS WITHIN GOOGLE ADS

One of the highlights of our SEA collaboration was the dealer campaign. With feed-based banner sets, each potential customer was shown a personalized image ad of the nearest dealer location.

The results tasted like more, so we repeated the trick a year later. By optimizing the campaigns, over 255,000 impressions were achieved within a month and the click-through rate tripled compared to the previous year.

ENTHUSE INTERIOR ENTHUSIASTS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA

For interior design inspiration, Tarkett is the place to be. Every day we inspire Tarkett's followers with beautiful images, videos, reels and stories on the "What's Your Style" platforms. We do this through Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. We draw attention to the products with appealing organic content and campaigns. In this way, we not only increase online visibility, but also entice consumers to visit a Tarkett outlet.
