Sligro Food Group is one of the largest hospitality wholesalers for food professionals in the Netherlands. In addition to its wide assortment and plenty of inspiration, Sligro also helps hospitality entrepreneurs move forward by offering Solutions.
In a short period of time, Sligro has developed numerous smart solutions. From solutions for increased returns and staffing to guest retention and sustainability. These solutions can be divided into six need areas: profitability, delivery turnover, efficient operations, personnel, guests and green business.
Sligro aims to help professionals in food really get ahead. Our collaboration started with the need to increase the online visibility of Slim Ondernemen. To achieve this, search engine optimization (SEO) by our SEO specialist Tom proved to be the ideal tool.
SEO strategy to stay ahead of the competition
Using keyword research and competitive and SWOT analysis, we identify opportunities and competition in the field of SEO. The development of many solutions is also accompanied by an increase in the number of competitors. For the question "How are we going to stand out from the competition?" we devised an appropriate strategy.

A look behind the scenes at Sligro Solutions
Our SEO expert Tom experiences the close cooperation with Sligro as very pleasant and he feels a worthy part of the Solutions team. Every week both parties keep each other up-to-date with all SEO developments concerning the pages of Slim Ondernemen. The approachable way of working together gives room to ask each other questions and learn from each other.
Tom also regularly visits Sligro to spar with the Solutions team. That gives him a good look behind the scenes. One of the biggest advantages of working on location is being able to quickly connect with 'colleagues' on the Solutions team.

Tom is always welcome to come and work at the Sligro office. Of course, we also like to welcome our 'colleagues' from Sligro Solutions at FindFactory. Solutions Manager Sophie, for example, visited us for training on SEO and Google Analytics.
