Zonnelux's path to a successful online marketing strategy

Zonnelux wanted to be well found online by potential customers. They found in FindFactory the ideal partner to realize these ambitions. This case provides a glimpse into our collaboration, in which we have achieved impressive growth.

Spectacular growth in organic website traffic

Six years ago, Zonnelux knocked on our door with a clear goal in mind. As a company with a relatively small marketing department, they noticed that many opportunities in online marketing remained unexploited. Although Zonnelux also engaged in offline marketing, they lacked a full-fledged focus on the online aspect.

The Brabant-based family business, which is one of the largest providers in the Benelux, needed help with their online positioning. In 2019, we successfully carried out a web migration project. This involved changing the entire website structure. In collaboration with Zonnelux's team, we created new pages, which resulted in an increase in organic traffic by as much as 250-300% compared to the old website.

Inspiring and findable web content

The new website and improved SEO strategy provided a solid foundation for the creation and optimization of web content. Our content marketers work closely with Zonnelux marketers. In the beginning mainly executive, nowadays more advisory, supportive and as a sparring partner. This thanks to following several content training courses in an extensive Academy program - more on that later.

Converting campaigns in Google and Microsoft Bing

We were also able to do something for Zonnelux through SEA. By making them visible on Google and Microsoft Bing, the beautiful window decorations come into the picture of potential customers at the very beginning of the sales funnel. Deploying search and display campaigns resulted in a growing stream of relevant website visitors and an average of 110 conversions per month.

A social media strategy that pays off

Over the years, we have developed a targeted social media strategy specifically focused on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. The focus is on inspiring the target audience, strengthening the brand identity and generating conversions. We have done this successfully for both the Dutch and Flemish markets.

Taking each other to the next level with Academy

In 2022 and 2023, we conducted a total of 12 customized trainings for Zonnelux. During these trainings, we started working with their own channels and associated data. As a result, they can now do their own content planning for social media and manage all website content. We support where necessary, but we are proud to have shared so much knowledge with the Academy course.
