As a digital advertising specialist, you unerringly transform customer wants and needs into a clear plan from various Paid channels. You are also responsible for the performance of these channels. Based on data-driven insights and a naturally present, contagious enthusiasm, you surprise your clients with new information on results every time.

About you
You like to be at the forefront of the field and enjoy studying trends, innovations and other developments. You enjoy keeping the level of knowledge of colleagues and clients high, for example by providing training on your expertise via our Academy.
We can confidently leave communication with clients to you. You are clear, honest and effortlessly take customers through the - sometimes complex - data and results within your channels. You are in direct contact with customers and think proactively with them. As a colleague, we also like to see in you a real team player, who connects our various Paid channels.
Will you become our new colleague?
YOU:
✔ Seeks a job for 32 - 40 hours per week.
✔ Gets excited about a position with a lot of responsibility and takes it.
✔ Can demonstrate the ability to operate at a senior level and advise on SEA, Social advertising and/or Marketplaces.
✔ Have experience with more than one of the above channels and are willing to develop in this area.
✔ Know how to use the channels for campaigns, but also have a feel for strategy and tactics.
✔ Knows your way around systems such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Channable.
✔ Are interlocutor for FindFactory's management team, contributing to both client and FindFactory development.
✔ Have experience in the agency world (preferred).
In contrast, with us:
✔ A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,400 (based on 40 hours and the knowledge and experience you bring).
✔ 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours).
✔ An NS card for train travelers or full mileage reimbursement for car travelers.
✔ The opportunity to continue to develop yourself, including with our Academy training programs.
✔ A workplace at our Tilburg office and (in consultation) hybrid working in your own home office or other flex workspace.
